Portersville Bay - Mississippi Sound - Marine Construction --- --- The Coffee Island Living Shoreline Project will take place in Portersville Bay. Operations will consist of the placement of riprap to create a 9,300 ft overlapping segmented breakwater on the southeast shoreline of Coffee Island (Isle aux Herbes). On-scene vessels will include, but are not limited to, push boats, barges, material handlers, and transport vessels. Mariners are requested to transit the area at no-wake speed.
