Gulf of America - Unmanned Surface Vessel Operations --- --- Hydrological survey operations will be conducted in the waters offshore from central Louisiana in the Gulf of America. The survey area boundaries are between 3 nm and 12 nm from shore, bound by approximate positions: 29-27.60N 091-43.20W, 29-15.00N 091-50.40W, 29-01.20N 091-25.20W and 29-00.00N 090-44.40W. Surveys will be conducted 24-hours a day, using a 30 ft unmanned maritime system. Mariners are urged to transit the area with caution. POC: USCG Morgan City (985) 397-3300
