GALVESTON BAY ENTRANCE CHANNEL - HOUSTON SHIP CHANNEL

Houston Ship Channel - Dredge Operation --- To: Until Further Notice --- The Dredge DB CATALINA and T/V CORINNE C are working in the Houston Ship Channel between Houston Ship Channel Lighted Buoy 95 (LLNR-24790.1) and Houston Ship Channel Light 90A (LLNR-24580). Operations will be conducted 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. U.S. Coast Guard VTS Houston-Galveston directs no meeting or overtaking of ships, and wake and surge considerations when operating near the dredge. The dredge requests 30-minutes notice from tows going to or from Cedar Bayou. Mariners are urged to transit at their slowest safest speed to minimize wake and proceed with caution.
