SECTOR HOUSTON-GALVESTON, SUBMERGED LAND ACT (SLA) - CALCASIEU CHANNEL
General / Marine Construction (Excluding Bridges) / Dredging
Calcasieu Channel – Dredge Operation --- --- The Dredges CROSBY 2 and CAPT VINTON J. CROSBY will be working in the Calcasieu Channel between Miles 17.3 and 21.1. Operations will be conducted 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. On-scene equipment may include the Crane Barge KS-1354, Supply Barge R 8889, Barge B61, a pipe raft, a crew boat, and the T/Vs BEAU ANDREW, LOUIS MARIE and WECK DUNLAP. Vessels should coordinate passing arrangements at least 2-hours in advance. Mariners are requested to transit at their slowest safe speed to minimize wake and proceed with caution. VHF-FM Channel: 78
