Cedar Bayou Channel - Barge Mooring Area --- --- A temporary barge mooring area will be located along the Cedar Bayou Channel, between approximate positions 29-41.30N 094-57.56W and 29-41.26N 094-57.46W. Six piles will be installed every 100 ft for the mooring and staging of loaded and empty deck barges. Mariners are urged to transit the area at their slowest safe speed to minimize wake and proceed with caution.
