SECTOR NEW ORLEANS, TERRITORIAL SEA - SECTOR NEW ORLEANS, SUBMERGED LAND ACT (SLA) General / Marine Construction (Excluding Bridges) / Facilities, Barriers, Manmade Reefs, Riprap, Jetties / Dikes Lake Lery - Marine Construction --- --- Plugging and abandoning operations will be conducted on an oil and gas structure in Lake Lery, in approximate position 29-47.08N 089-47.82W. Work will include pipeline removal, prop washing activities, and site clearance. Operations will be conducted from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., daily. On-scene vessels will include the Crew Boat ISAAC, the Spud Barge BRENNAN, and Spud Barge KS366, and the T/V HUNTER A SETTOON.
