Mississippi River - Marine Construction --- --- Marine construction will be conducted at CF Industries Blue Point, near Mile 184.4, RDB, AHOP, for the construction of a heavy haul bridge. Work will take place during daylight hours, 7-days a week. On-scene vessels will include a Bo-Mac Crane Barge and multiple deck barges.
