San Diego Rowing Club is sponsoring the San Diego Fall Classic, involving approximately 2,000 participants racing in rowing vessels. Operations will take place from 0600 to 1400 on November 7-8, 2026. The project area encompasses the navigable waters of Mission Bay, including South Pacific Passage, Fiesta Bay, and the waters surrounding Vacation Isle. Latitude/longitude coordinates and VHF-FM channels monitored were not provided. Mariners will be prohibited from transiting through the special local regulation area during this period.
