SECTOR LOS ANGELES, SUBMERGED LAND ACT (SLA) - LONG BEACH CHANNEL
General / Marine Construction (Excluding Bridges) / Dredging
Dutra Dredging will conduct dredging operations within the Port of Long Beach West Basin, MC-1/MC-2 (PT-1A), from November 3, 2026, through February 1, 2027. Operations will be conducted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Equipment on scene will include crane barge MORTY, disposal scows PDC-2001 and PDC-2002, towboat LASSEN, and anchor boat Becky T. All equipment will monitor VHF-FM channels 13 and 16, with Channel 78 as the working channel. Mariners are advised to use caution while transiting the Port of Long Beach West Basin and are urged to proceed at their slowest safe speed. All mariners are advised to transit the area with caution.
