General / Autonomous Vessel Operations
VO Plus Clippership will conduct autonomous Unmanned Surface Vessel (USV) testing in the vicinity of Point Bonita, Farallon Islands, and Pillar Point, at locations 37-48.90N 122-32.04W; 37-41.84N 122-58.55W; and 37-28.52N 122-29.28W, from October 10 to November 15, 2026. Vessels involved in the operation include the VO Plus USV and support vessel “The Office.” During rounding of the islands, 12 to 24 nautical miles from shore, no support vessel will be on scene, and VHF will be operated remotely.
