St Andrew Bay - West Bay - U.S. Navy Operation --- --- The U.S. Navy will conduct surface and subsurface testing operations in St. Andrew Bay/West Bay. Naval teams will deploy unmanned surface vehicles, both on the surface and below the surface of the water, in the testing area located in approximate position 30-11.72N 085-44.01W. Operations will be conducted Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. On-scene vessels will include various naval support craft. Mariners are urged to maintain a wide berth from the testing area, keep a sharp lookout for low profile water craft, and proceed with caution. VHF-FM Channels: 16
