General / Naval Activity / Naval Testing (Surface / Underwater)
Gulf of America - U.S. Navy Operation --- --- The U.S. Navy will conduct surface and subsurface testing operations in the Gulf of America. Naval teams will deploy unmanned surface vehicles, both on the surface and below the surface of the water, in the testing area located in approximate position 30-03.16N 085-41.21W. Operations will be conducted Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. On-scene vessels will include various naval support craft. Mariners are urged to maintain a wide berth from the testing area, keep a sharp lookout for low profile water craft, and proceed with caution. VHF-FM Channels: 16
