Mississippi River - Material Offloading --- --- Material offloading will be conducted along the Mississippi River, RDB, near Claiborne Landing, Mile 188.0, AHOP. Work will take place 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. On-scene vessels will include hopper barges, towing vessels and a crane spud barge.
