Location: 42-22.80N 071-03.11W Bridge Name: Chelsea St Bridge MA - BOSTON INNER HARBOR – LITTLE MYSTIC – CHELSEA STREET BRIDGE- Bridge Painting and Repairs Mariners are advised that SPS New England will be conducting Bridge painting and maintenance to the Chelsea Street Bridge mile 0.2 across thew Little Mystic channel. Work will commence on Monday September 14, 2026, and continue through Saturday November 21,2026. Work hours will be from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. All work will be conducted from a suspended work platform beneath the bridge which will remain in place outside of working hours reducing the advertised vertical and horizontal clearances. Half of the navigational channel will be maintained for vessel passage. On-scene safety vessel will be monitoring VHF-FM Ch 13.
