MAIN CHANNEL - HUDSON RIVER General / Marine Construction (Excluding Bridges) / Boring and Core Samples Location: 41-24.14N 073-57.89W Atlantic Testing Laboratories, Limited will conduct nearshore soil-boring operations on the Hudson River at the West Point Wastewater Treatment Plant, New York, in approximate position 41-24.14N 073-57.89W, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., November 2 through November 6, 2026. The work will take place outside the main navigation channel. Mariners may pass at any time but are requested to exercise caution and minimize wake when transiting the vicinity.
