Morro Bay Channel Lighted Buoy 4A (LLNR 3856) has been relocated from position 35-21.93N 120-51.95W (old water depth: 12 feet) to position 35-21.97N 120-51.92W (new water depth: 23 feet). All mariners are advised to transit the area with caution.
