Location: Eastern Lake Erie and Buffalo Due to reduced resource availability, the Coast Guard will be decommissioning the following aids significantly earlier than the advertised Light List date: Buffalo Harbor North Entrance Channel Lighted Bell Buoy 1 (LLNR 2690). Buffalo Harbor North Entrance Channel Lighted Buoy 2 (LLNR 2695). Buffalo Harbor North Entrance Channel Lighted Buoy 4 (LLNR 2700). Seneca Shoal Lighted Buoy 2 (LLNR 3360). Early decommissioning is necessary to ensure that the Great Lakes Fall Retrieve Operation is completed prior to the end of the season, and to reduce the possible impacts to waterway restoration in the spring.
