OH - LAKE ERIE – Cleveland Harbor On October 28, 2026, between the hours of 0900 and 1800 the Willow Avenue Bridge at Mile 1.02 over the Cuyahoga Old River Channel will be secured to masted navigation. At 1800 the process to open the bridge will take approx. 2-3 hours to complete where the bridge will remain in the fully open position for 2-3 weeks until replacement motors can be installed and calibrated to return the bridge to normal operations.
