LAKE MICHIGAN - LOWER GREEN BAY
General / Miscellaneous
Location: Green Bay and Door Peninsula Due to reduced resource availability, the Coast Guard will be decommissioning a number of aids in Green Bay, Sturgeon Bay and in vicinity of the Door Peninsula, significantly earlier than their advertised Light List dates. Early decommissioning is necessary to ensure that the Great Lakes Fall Retrieve Operation is completed prior to the end of the season, and to reduce the possible impacts to waterway restoration in the spring. Any questions or comments can be sent to the Federal Aids to Navigation Manager at the Coast Guard Great Lakes District via email at [email protected].
Valid 2026-10-19 to 2026-12-01.
