THE RIGOLETS - LAKES PONTCHARTRAIN AND MAUREPAS General / Marine Construction (Excluding Bridges) / Facilities, Barriers, Manmade Reefs, Riprap, Jetties / Dikes Lake Pontchartrain - Tchefuncte River - Breakwater Construction --- ---Breakwater construction will be conducted in Lake Pontchartrain at the mouth of the Lower Tchefuncte River, near approximate positions 30-22.50N 090-09.58W and 30-22.45N 090-09.76W. Operations will be conducted daily, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Mariners are urged to transit the area at their slowest safe speed to minimize wake and proceed with caution.
