Houston Ship Channel - Pipeline Operation --- --- Pipeline removal will be conducted along the Houston Ship Channel at the Port of Houston City Dock 45. Work will take place with crews working under the docks at various times during daylight hours. Mariners should transit the area with caution and at their slowest safe speed to minimize wake.
