General / Bridges / Temp Deviation
GIWW - Modified Bridge Schedule --- To: September 2026 --- The Grand Lake Bridge on the GIWW at Mile 231.4, WHL, will temporarily operate with a modified schedule. The schedule is as follows: - 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.: Closed to marine traffic. - 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.: Normal bridge operations. - 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.: Marine traffic will have priority. Open for vehicle traffic but operating at a reduced rate. - Emergency services will always have priority for bridge crossing. Mariners are urged to coordinate with the bridge tender in advance and plan accordingly.
