T00:00:00.000Z To: 2027-08-02T00:00:00.000Z Location: 42-43.73N 073-41.83W Bridge Name: Congress St Bridge From October 23, 2026 through August 1st, 2027, between 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., a contractor will be performing repairs of the Congress Street Bridge across Hudson River at mile 152.2 between the Cities of Watervliet and Troy, New York. The contractor will be utilizing a 100' x 40' barge for the repairs. The barge will be parked up against the pier protection of the pier and moved from one side of the pier to the next via tugboat as the work schedule progresses. Scaffolding will be erected 48’ above mean high water level around the tops of the piers, within the footprint of the pier protection. Mariners requiring full horizontal or vertical clearance can contact the contractor via marine radio VHF-FM Ch 13/16 or by calling (518) 974-5229 or (518) 858-8503. Mariners are advised to exercise caution and reduce wake when transiting the area.
