PUGET SOUND - EAST PASSAGE
General / Marine Construction (Excluding Bridges) / Dredging
American Construction Company will be conducting dredging operations in the Duwamish River, WA (STA 242+00 to 275+56) from 07 Dec 2026 through 01 Mar 2027. Work includes maintenance dredging of approximately 140,000 CY, operating 24-hours per day, seven days a week until completion. Working vessels include a clamshell dredge, M/V Mukilteo to dredge and M/V LUMMI to load the split-hull scows. The scows will be towed to the DNR Elliott Bay Disposal site. Mariners are urged to transit at their slowest safe speed to minimize wake and proceed with caution after passing arrangements have been made with the Tug Captain.
