LAKE WASHINGTON General / Bridges WASHINGTON – LAKE WASHINGTON SHIP CANAL – LAKE WASHINGTON – Bridge Inspection Washington State Department of Transportation and Fickett Structural Solutions will be performing scheduled inspections on the I-90 East Channel Bridge (BRDG UID 31176 / 31114) across Lake Washington East Channel from October 26 - 30, 2026. The inspections will be conducted via a spud barge with an aerial lift, and the barge will be repositioned as necessary. The working VHF channel 18 will be used by the vessels on site. Navigation will not be impacted, however, the spud barge will be spudded over night in the vicinity of the subject bridge. Mariners are requested to use minimum safe speed causing no wake in the vicinity of the spud barge. Support vessels will be working within the no wake zone.
