WASHINGTON – EVERETT HARBOR – SNOHOMISH RIVER – BNSF Bridge Notice The Coast Guard intends to approve a temporary bridge deviation from the operating schedule that governs the BNSF Bridge 38.3 Bridge (BRDG UID 29759) across Ebey Slough at mile 1.5. This deviation will support mechanical repairs from 0800 on 02 November 2026 to 1500 on 18 November 2026. BNSF Bridge 38.3 provides 5 feet of vertical clearance in the closed-to-navigation position at high tide. The subject bridge will not be able to open for emergency vessels responding to emergencies. An alternate route for vessels to use during this deviation period is via Union Slough.
