General / Marine Events / Boat Parade
A ship parade will be occurring along the North Portland Harbor, Portland, OR on the Columbia River starting from the M. James Gleason Boat Ramp and ending at Portland Yacht Club from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on December 15th, 2026.
