The Santa Barbara Adventure Company will sponsor the Russell Harris Event Group Beach Day on October 8, 2026, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Approximately 30 participants on paddle craft will be on the water near East Beach in the vicinity of the Cabrillo Pavilion, centered at 34.416, -119.670. Mariners are requested to transit the area with caution during the event. For more details or comments, contact Lyle Elliott at (805) 884-9283.
