OH - LAKE ERIE – Cleveland Harbor Until noon on October 29, 2026 the Willow Avenue Bridge at Mile 1.02 over the Cuyahoga Old River Channel will be secured to masted navigation. The process to open the bridge will take approx. 2-3 hours to complete where the bridge will remain in the fully open position for 2-3 weeks until replacement motors can be installed and calibrated to return the bridge to normal operations.
