Continuing until November 11, 2026, Garney Construction is conducting dive operations in the vicinity of Mile 193.6. Dive operations will be conducted from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., daily. Garney Construction will have Work Tug OWNERSHIP on-scene, on the channel side of the divers, at all times. Mariners are urged to contact the Work Tug OWNERSHIP on VHF-FM Channel 13, for further information. Mariners are advised to transit the area with caution.
