Lake Pontchartrain - Partially Submerged P/C --- Reported: 2026-10-22 --- An 18-20ft P/C with a turquoise top, has been reported partially submerged, in approximate position 30-06.03N 090-25.20W, on October 22, 2026. The partially submerged P/C is reportedly not marked. Mariners are urged to transit the area with caution.
