In order to provide a more efficient and effective Aids to Navigation signal, the Coast Guard is proposing the following Aids to Navigation Change: Change Horn Island Pass Entrance Range Front Light (LLNR-7895) in position 30-12.83N 088-30.33W, from showing Fl W 2.5s, 26ft, visible 2° each side of rangeline to show Fl W 2.5s, 26ft, Night: visible 1.5° each side of rangeline.
