Lavaca Bay - Port Lavaca - Shoreline Protection Construction --- --- Construction of living shoreline protection consisting of rock breakwaters, reef breakwaters, two marsh creation islands, and the installation of seven private aids to navigation will be conducted in Lavaca Bay, near approximate position 28-37.26N 096-37.32W. Operations will be conducted daily, during daylight hours. On-scene vessels will include two crew boats and a towing vessel.
