In order to provide a more efficient and effective Aids to Navigation signal, the Coast Guard is proposing the following Aids to Navigation Change: Change Ship Shoal Obstruction Lights (LLNR-730) in approximate position 28-54.87N 091-04.27W, from a Federally maintained Aids to Navigation to a Privately Maintained Aids to Navigation.
