In order to provide a more efficient and effective Aids to Navigation signal, the Coast Guard is proposing the following Aids to Navigation Change: Change St Joseph Bay Entrance Range B Front Light (LLNR-3060) in position 29-53.73N 085-23.07W, from showing Q R, 29ft, 5NM, KRW on pile, visible all around; higher intensity on rangeline.
