Mississippi Sound - Dredge Operation --- --- Dredging operations will be conducted from Deer Island to Henderson Point in the Mississippi Sound and adjacent navigation channels. Work will take place 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. On-scene vessels and equipment will include the Dredge CREW COMPASS, barges, pipeline, and support craft. Operations may restrict navigation due to the presence of floating and submerged pipelines, anchor wires, and limited maneuverability of the dredging equipment. Vessels are requested to transit the area at their slowest safe speed and proceed with caution after passing arrangements have been made. VHF-FM Channels: 13 and 16, POC: (904) 334-0893
