SECTOR NEW ORLEANS, EXCLUSIVE ECONOMIC ZONE (EEZ) General / Marine Construction (Excluding Bridges) / Facilities, Barriers, Manmade Reefs, Riprap, Jetties / Dikes Gulf of America - Dive Operation --- --- Dive operations will be conducted in the Gulf of America, Grand Isle Area, from the M/V NOBLE GLOBETROTTER 2 in approximate position 28-51.30N 090-07.50W. Operations will be conducted 12-hours a day, during daylight hours only. The vessel will be at anchor and limited in maneuverability. Mariners are urged to maintain a wide berth from the vessel and observe all day shapes and dive flags. Valid 2026-09-14 to 2026-10-05.
