EAST BAY TO WEST BAY - ST ANDREW BAY
General / Naval Activity / Naval Testing (Surface / Underwater)
St Andrew Bay - U.S. Navy Operation --- --- The U.S. Navy will be conducting surface vessel operations in St. Andrew Bay near the Naval Support Activity Base in Panama City, FL. Naval teams will deploy hazards within 2,000 ft of the Naval Base shoreline. Vessels should remain east of lines connecting the following approximate positions: 30-10.47N 085-45.07W, 30-10.33N 085-44.61W and 30-09.92N 085-44.53W. Operations will be conducted daily, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. On-scene vessels will include the M/V PSC-5 and additional naval support craft. Mariners are urged to avoid the area and proceed with caution. VHF-FM Channels: 13, 16, 81 and 82
