Location: 32-46.11N 079-49.09W 32-30.23N 079-05.98W 32-45.33N 079-51.86W 32-46.11N 079-49.09W Unmanned Service Vessel operations from Sullivan's Island Fire Department dock to the open ocean where it will loiter around NOAA Buoy 41004, will occur from August 10th to the 11th for 24 hours a day. The vessel broadcasts and receives AIS and will make autonomous attempts to move as per COLREGs. The vessel peak speed is 3.5 miles per hour. Mariners are urged to utilize caution while transiting in the vicinity. The Unmanned Service Team will be operating the low-profile vessel. Mariners may contact the 24-hour watch stander: Command Duty Officer, (843) 345-7760 if needed during operations.
