Mariners are advised that J.F. Brennan Company, Inc. will conduct submarine fiber optic cable installation east of the North Hero to Grand Isle Bridge, adjacent to Ladd’s Landing Marina, from October 26 through November 7, 2026, between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. daily. Operations will occur within the area bounded approximately by 44°45'57.0"N, 73°17'20.7"W and 44°46'00.1"N, 73°17'24.7"W. Equipment will include a 54-foot by 150-foot non-motorized sectional cable-lay barge, multiple 18-foot work skiffs, and a 60-foot tugboat. Navigation through and adjacent to the west side of the bridge may be significantly slowed during cable installation. Mariners are requested to use caution, proceed at a safe speed, and contact project vessels on VHF Channels 16 or 67 for passing arrangements.
