Navigation, warnings, ports, passages, life on board and the tools on this site. Off-topic threads may be moved or closed.

No ads or spam
No advertising, affiliate links or repeated posts. Crewing and job offers only with the team's approval.

Safety first
SeaLagom is an aid, not a chart. Say what you are not sure of, give the source when you can, and never post anything that could put a ship or crew at risk. Official publications always win.

No personal data
Do not post other people's names, phone numbers, contracts or crew lists. Vessel names and positions from public warnings are fine.

Anonymous is welcome
Tick "Post anonymously" and you show as Anonymous mariner. The same rules apply, and moderators can still see the account to stop abuse.

Reports and moderation
Use Report under any comment. Three reports hide a comment until a moderator looks at it. The team may edit titles, close threads or remove posts that break these rules.
