General / Marine Construction (Excluding Bridges) / Dredging
J.F. Brennan Dredging will be conducting dredging operations near the Port of Astoria Central Waterfront Slip 1 on the Columbia River from 02 November - 15 December 2026. Hours of operations will be Monday through Saturday 0600-2000. Operations are permitted only during the Ebb Tide current. Dredge No. 7 will be dredging at the Port of Astoria Central Waterfront Slip 1 between Pier 1 & 2 and the submerged dredge pipe will discharge in the Columbia River Flow in position 46-11.45’ N, 123-51.73’ W. Dredge vessels will be monitoring VHF-FM channel 79, 13 and 16. Mariners are requested to transit at their slowest safe speed to minimize wake and proceed with caution after passing arrangements have been made.
