The Coast Guard has received a report of a 46 foot long trawler anchored in the vicinity of position 38° 03' 46.980" N 121° 51' 20.940" W (38-03.78N 121-51.35W). The vessel is equipped with a quick flashing yellow light. All vessels are requested to keep a sharp lookout and transit the area with caution.
