SECTOR LOS ANGELES, TERRITORIAL SEA - SECTOR LOS ANGELES, SUBMERGED LAND ACT (SLA) General / Marine Construction (Excluding Bridges) / Facilities, Barriers, Manmade Reefs, Riprap, Jetties / Dikes Aqueos Subsea will conduct underwater pipeline inspection work using an ROV from the OSV Loren C (Official Number 9383792, Call Sign WDP 2092) along the Sable SYU State pipelines to shore in the Santa Barbara Channel off Gaviota. Operations are expected to begin on or about September 21, 2026, and continue through September 30, 2026, for approximately 10 days. The work will include live-boat ROV pipeline inspections and will be conducted 24 hours per day within the area bounded by the following coordinates: 34-27.50N 120-02.90W; 34-27.29N 120-01.98W; 34-22.85N 120-06.86W; and 34-24.70N 120-06.26W. The OSV Loren C is a 225-foot offshore supply vessel with a red hull and white superstructure and will monitor VHF-FM Channel 16. The vessel can also be reached by cell phone at (805) 895-9005.
