LOWER MISSISSIPPI RIVER - OHIO RIVER

Commencing August 1, 2026, and continuing until October 1, 2026, cofferdam construction will be conducted to install a new municipal intake along the right descending bank of the Ohio River, Mile 350.7. Work will be performed from 7:00 a.m. through 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The contractor's floating plant will consist of the M/V MARY JANE, one barge mounted crane, and two material barges. During non-working hours the contractor's floating plant will be moored at the worksite and lighted accordingly. The M/V MARY JANE will be monitoring VHF-FM Channels 13 and 16. Mariners are urged to transit at their slowest safe speed to minimize wake and proceed with caution.
