Saint Andrew Bay - U.S. Navy Operation --- --- The U.S. Navy will conduct surface vehicle testing operations in Saint Andrew Bay, southwest of GIWW Mile 285.0, EHL, near approximate position 30-10.75N 085-44.63W. Five temporary yellow buoys with a white light at night will be installed in the area for the testing. Surface vehicles will be on-site starting November 16, 2026. Testing vehicles and buoys will be in the area 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Mariners are requested to transit the area at their slowest safe speed to minimize wake and should maintain a safe distance from the operating area. VHF-FM Channels: 13, 16, 81 and 82
