Texas City Channel - Monopile Operation --- --- Monopile driving operations will be conducted along the Texas City Channel near Docks 42 and 43. U.S. Coast Guard Vessel Traffic Service Houston-Galveston will implement the following vessel traffic measures until further notice: • 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.: No ship traffic. Single barge tow transits only. • 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.: Normal traffic pattern, no restrictions. • 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.: No ship traffic. Single barge tow transits only.
