Bayou Segnette - Marine Construction --- --- Canal backfilling will be conducted in a canal located near Bayou Segnette, Miles 8.0 through 10.0, near approximate position 29-51.61N 090-09.60W. Operations will consist of the deconstruction of four spoil banks and the construction of baffles at the canal entrances along Bayou Segnette. Work will be conducted during daylight hours, daily. On-scene vessels will include one airboat, a flatboat, a spud barge, three amphibious excavators, and the T/V ELLA R. Mariners are urged to transit the area with caution and at their slowest safe speed to minimize wake. VHF-FM Channel: 11
