NEW ORLEANS HARBOR - NEW ORLEANS TO BATON ROUGE General / Marine Construction (Excluding Bridges) / Facilities, Barriers, Manmade Reefs, Riprap, Jetties / Dikes Mississippi River - Marine Construction --- --- Construction will take place at the Port of Baton Rouge, near Mile 230.0, RDB, AHOP, for petroleum dock expansion. Operations will be conducted daily, from dusk until dawn. Work will consist of pile driving, welding, and demolition. Mariners are requested to give the work site a wide berth and transit at their slowest safe speed to minimize wake. Valid 2026-09-03 to 2027-05-28.
