In order to provide a more efficient and effective Aids to Navigation signal, the Coast Guard is proposing the following Aids to Navigation Change: Change Upper Galveston Bay Outer Range Rear Light (LLNR-24210) in position 29-28.31N 094-50.93W from showing Iso G 6s, 65ft, KRW on skeleton tower on piles, visible 2° each side of rangeline to show Iso G 6s, 65ft, KRW on skeleton tower on piles, visible 1.5° each side of rangeline.
